Janet Parks is the Chief Executive Officer of Parks International Limited.
In 1999 to 2006 she held the position of Branch Manager at Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited, Carrington Street Branch, where her responsibilities were diverse and encompassed both operational credit and consumer loans function where a specific emphasis was placed on project financing for small business development financing.
In 1983 to 1999, she was a Credit Manager at Republic Bank Limited (formerly Bank of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago Limited).
She is an Associate, Institute of Banking and Finance of Trinidad and Tobago and also holds a Diploma in Teacher Education-Secondary School Level.
Mrs. Parks has held several executive leadership roles. She is a former Director of the Eco-Industrial Development Company of Tobago (E-IDCOT) Limited (2009 to 2011); former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tobago Regional Health Authority (1997 to 1999); served as the President of the Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce (2003 to 2006); and was a Committee Member of the Business Development Unit, Division of Finance and Enterprise Development, Tobago House of Assembly (THA).
Currently, she is also a Board Member of the Scarborough Centre for Youth Development, Family Life Foundation in Tobago, Glorious Sounds Pioneers, and the Crusoe Isle Tennis Club.
Mrs. Parks holds memberships in the Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Trinidad and Tobago Contractors Association, Institute of Banking and Finance, Trinidad and Tobago.
