Mr. Charles Maynard was appointed to the position of General Manager in October 2020.  Charles brings over twenty (20) years of experience in consultancy services working with governments, multi-lateral organisations, and the private sector throughout the Caribbean region.

Charles was the first Administrator of the Venture Capital Incentive Programme and has been involved in capacity-building work in areas of entrepreneurial development, alternative financing, capital markets development and economic transformation. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelors Degree Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Howard University.
